1. Collapsible Colander that indeed collapsed

   I purchased several Progressive International products a short time ago. I love the other items I bought, but this collander (on it's second time to be used) actually split in two places. I opened it to use to drain macaroni and it was split in 2 places. I'm very disappointed, but what do I do? I guess I could "duck-tape it."
   It will probably cost more to return it and have another one shipped than the
   "on sale" price of a new one. Then, I'd probably have the same misfortune of receiving another faulty product. Aggrevated, yes! Signed: "Valued customer of Amazon."

   Basically to sum this up... We got this for Christmas, the red rubber/plastic "expandable" portion split about 6 inches and it is now useless. We called the company and they will replace it if we ship it back, which will average around $7 to $10 depending on method shipped. The company will not refund the shipping. Also a note, their customer service leaves much to be desired. We are going to go with a aluminum colander from this point.

   I love this item and wonder what I did without it! I highly recommend it. Not only is it very useful but it stores easily in little space and is very easy to clean.

   Does just what it is supposed to do. Having down-sized drastically recently, storage space is almost non-existent. Can drain a large pot of pasta. Glad I purchased this.
