Made my best cookies yet!

I don't know if it was the pans or the gas oven, but the cookies were darn good!
Pans cleaned with an easy wipe - no stains or anything sticking to them.
The bonus cooking rack is great for cooling also! Very pleased.
Chicago Metallic Cookie Sheets with Grid

This was a great deal for what was provided. The Cookie sheets are very durable and transfer heat evenly. Easy clean-up. The grid is great for making baked chicken or other foods you want to brown on both sides while baking. The versatility and quality of this product is what I like. A friend recommended them who also bough them off this site.
Cookware that is great.

Jelly roll pans

These pans are great! Now I'll probably get rid of my cookie sheets! You can prepare bacon, place them on the rack and all of the grease will collect in the pan. Roasted a pan of shrimp.... no warping! All of the shrimp stayed in place! Glad that I made the purchase!
Very pleased

Very pleased with these cookie sheets and cooling grid. Much heavier duty than the cheap ones we replaced. Larger/greater capacity too. Used sheet and grid to cook 12+ large slices of bacon in oven - drained well and both pan and grid cleaned easily. Have used to make granola and some cookies but haven't put them to what I consider the ultimate test - oatmeal/raisin cookies. Expect they'll do well. Note that instructions say to set temp 25°F lower than recipe calls for - worked well for bacon and granola. If it holds true for cookies, bread, etc. the pans are also energy savers!
